Collection and processing of personal data
If you apply for an event, your personal data (name and e-mail address) will only be used to process the registration and conduct the events. Your personal data will be deleted and not stored after the scheduled time of the event.
When visiting our websites, our internet servers merely register the shortened IP address, the name of the website that linked you to our page, the pages accessed within our website, the type of web browser used as well as the date and duration of your visit. Due to the shortened IP address, user identification is impossible. Other personal data such as name, address, phone number or e-mail address are transmitted only if you contact us directly or register for a newsletter or closed user group. The data submitted depends on the individual registration mask. Obligatory information is expressly labelled as such; all other information is voluntary.

It is our policy to respect your privacy and to ensure that your personal data will neither be disclosed nor sold to third parties outside Deutsche Börse Group, except such disclosure as permitted by law or explicitly agreed upon by you. We will under no circumstances sell your personal data to third parties. This privacy statement refers to all your personal data regardless of whether they are collected automatically in the course of your use of our website or with your prior consent. User data is used only for internal, statistical purposes (in an anonymized form), to answer an inquiry or to provide a requested service.
Personal data is not disclosed to governmental authorities except in cases where it is mandatorily required.
